Description could have said a bit more about the used drive's history or condition, but it does seem to work. Also, I would have preferred not to have had some obscure commercial drive-erasing software mark territory by bragging itself up in the MBR area of the drive it had erased. Again, though, the drive does seem to work; it was otherwise blank, as far as I could tell (by using the 'dd' command on Linux to read it -- the same command I'd use to fill a drive with zeros).

I contacted the seller and he responded immediately, apologized, and immediately shipped out the correct replacement parts. Excellent communication through the entire process, and overall an outstanding purchase. Highly recommended seller!

I accidentally left my old work address as my shipping address. I saw it right after I ordered so I sent a message to the seller asking if the order could be sent to my home address. I heard back that unfortunately they were shipped to the address I provided but there were options to consider. I decided to just go get them. They arrived at my house 3 days after I ordered them. EXCELLENT!
