I made the purchase on October 22nd and it arrived today, October 31st. I'm in Mexico, and it was shipped from England. It was perfectly packaged, exactly as described. The seller sold the item at a fair price but due to extra tax charges of my country i ended up paying more than i expected but that was something that it was already stated in the description so no problem with that.
