This young lady was a breeze to work with. She had a great sense of humor yet she was very professional. The shipping was perfect. It got here on time. It was packed extraordinarily well. As was declared and described and with this purchase, it was fantastic value for my money.We'll definitely use again!

It was package very well- it took me awhile to get all the wrapping off of it. The figurine was as described. It had one tiny little flower missing(which I think I can repair). I had this bird years ago but gave it to my mother. I’m glad to have one back. This vendor is so nice. There was a thank you sticker on the box I always appreciate that. The bird looks great in my lantern now aviary! LOL
