Seller was quick to respond, offered an apology, and refunded my money. Excellent customer service - I had already ordered a smaller sofa support from them, and it arrived quickly and is in use, and I had no quibble about a refund either. I am happy to recommend seller and have reordered this item. Thanks very much.

I received a completely different shade of Green to the one which I thought I was going to receive. A lot of hassle over Returns Label from the Seller refusing to send me one. Expecting me to pay for postage and looking at Feedback the Buyer doesn't get refunded for postage. Still refusing a Returns Label to me an Ebay Agent phoned me back but still have to wait 5days to resolve
