Considering how much they cost, they were packed very inadequately (just thrown in a box without newspaper of anything wrapped around them) which caused this one to break during transport. Appreciated the photo as the actual figure differed from the artist's conception offered by the Schleich company. Really good to know what I was getting. Also received a nice message apologizing that the two figures hadn't been sent together. I allowed a time lapse between orders and the seller's prompt dispatch of the first meant the second couldn't be bundled with it.
