We, just like a lot of EBAY sellers are not big rich companies but small businesses so we are not able to just eat every fee that is the buyers fault. Keep that in mind. You should be thanking us for accepting the return.

We went back and forth a few times with pictures, etc. and finally they decided to give me a refund. Wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again!
