We're using this LED 36" Plant Pink Freshwater Aquarium Light Beamswork 117x Chip ... We're using this LED 36" Plant Pink Freshwater Aquarium Light Beamswork 117x Chip Asian Red Fixture along with an additional Beamswork Full Spectrum 36" on our 116g Aqua Vim Corner Bow. The pink color emitted by this LED 36" Plant Pink Freshwater Aquarium Light Beamswork 117x Chip Asian Red, emulates the T8 florescent, Aquaglow lighting of years ago. It really makes the red, orange, & yellow colored fish and ornaments pop! It's a warmer tone than the additional full Spectrum LED we also use. Both lights are on timers. Beamswork offers one that we have on the Full Spectrum, but we had to get an "aftermarket" timer for this Pink Freshwater LED because there's no integrated "plug in" for a timer on this model. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. The Freshwater LED has a Dim and Bright setting and makes a considerable and definite improvement to the colors in our tank. The light is more than bright enough for the 30" tank depth. A lightweight, yet well made product, reasonable prices & excellent customer service from Topdog Sellers on eBay. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend this LED 36" Plant Pink Freshwater Aquarium Light Beamswork 117x Chip Asian Red to anyone looking to upgrade to LED lighting in their Freshwater Aquarium.

"Great Light for Fish Colors"
I bought this light to bring out the colors in my Koi tank. I have to say that it is ... I bought this light to bring out the colors in my Koi tank. I have to say that it is a little on the warm side, for the reds in my Koi look almost Neon colors. But... I rather have them Bright red than Pale red. I have another led light which is the one with white and blue leds, but it doesn't do much. This one does. So; if you're looking for a way to make your tank look alive; then definitely get this one. It will seem like a lot at first, but you'll be happy in the end. My fish tanks is dirty right now. But you can see the difference between the left one with the light on, and the right one without it. "Bigh Difference" !!! Enjoy .-
