Hello! My name is Robert Butler and I own "BUTLER ARTIFACT AUTHENTICATIONS". I authenticate and certify artifacts for antiquity and, as promised many months ago, I have finally had to raise my rates to meet expenses and be more in line with other authenticators. As the word has spread regarding this high quality service and certificate many folks were able to take advantage of it and have enjoyed these exceptional COA's. >>> This is still a bargain when compared to all other authenticators who charge anywhere from $20 to $40 dollars, and some even higher, per evaluation. This offering is worth every red cent of the price tag as well as your peace of mind not to mention taking the right step in the investment process that legitimizes your collection and investment. Along with this auction I'm also selling some first class artifacts in other auctions all in the effort to expose you, the collector, to a service many of you did not know existed. Or, were wondering how to contact someone who did offer this type of service to the collectors. Here is your chance to get acquainted with me and what I do. >>> Remember this auction is for (2) two evaluations and here's how it works. >>> If you are sending me ONE, TWO or more artifacts my fee is $15.00 dollars per evaluation. (ie:) 1 artifact evaluation is $15.00, 2 artifacts = $30 dollars, (3) artifacts = $45, etc. >>> HOWEVER, (All evaluations of ten (10) or more pieces I will drop this rate to $12.00 per evaluation. Again, this is a steep discount from anyone else in the business. Compare my work, photography, and quality with anyone in the hobby and you'll find out what many have already found out in the collecting hobby, (from the Carolinas to California.), is that this is a great product at a great price. There really is no comparison. >>> I will evaluate your artifacts using all the latest equipment available, plus my nearly 30 years of experience. I will put them through a rigorous examination using high powered stereoscopes, coupled with dual, goose neck, fiber-optic Halogen lighting while using a comprehensive check list to ensure each and every piece meets or exceeds the expectations that is demanded of antiquity. I will also be utilizing a dual wave UV lighting source which aids in the detection of re-chips and restorations. If I like what I see, you will receive a first class Certificate Of Authenticity for each arrowhead or artifact I authenticate, like those pictured, suitable for framing and hanging in the home or office. If for any reason I have to kill a piece I will issue a detailed letter explaining why. >>> Do yourself a favor and compare my COA's and prices with anybody else's in the hobby/business and then take advantage of this great deal. <<< You have eyes, look at mine COA's and then look at every other authenticator in the business and then make your decision. Remember, mine are laminated also. Some of you have large collections and are spending more money on inferior Certificates. Most of them a mere heavy rag paper coa with terrible pictures or worse yet a dark, glued on Polaroid that can be and are tampered with and become fraudulent in the wrong hands. Why not get a great consulting service along with a great certificate that can and will be appreciated for well after you have come and gone. No brag, just fact!! By having your relics and artifacts authenticated, logged and recorded in a permanent record you are preserving a piece of history as well as putting your name in the history books along with your relics. Having a professional authenticate your arrowheads is like taking out insurance on your house, car or boat. It's not only prudent but necessary when we get into the higher grade relics of a (Grade 7 and up). The documentation of artifacts should be done not just for posterity and historical reasons but also for the monetary reason as well. A papered point brings a far better value than one without a paper. Just fact. Why would you buy an arrowhead for a $100 bucks or worse yet, several hundreds of dollars, under the presumption it was real, just because some joker told it was. This is the oldest game in town, besides prostitution. After spending all that money on a point, many of you wind up putting it in a frame where you admire it everyday, or you stash it away in a safe and forget about it thinking you have this great investment. Did it ever occur to you that maybe, just maybe, you got taken to the cleaners. Ever hear of ENRON and ponzi schemes? Fraud runs rampant in the artifacts business!! It always amuses me that people will spend several hundred dollars on an arrowhead but won't spend the few dollars to have it evaluated and authenticated by a professional who can put your mind at ease. It just doesn't make sense!! Your purchase is either good or bad, there's no in between. You buy and wait, you lose, more often than you think. Killing a point is the last thing we want to do as authenticators and is the most distasteful thing we have to do. However, it's part of our job to let you know that the big beautiful Hardin or Clovis you just bought was a FAKE all along and you need to get your money back. Or, letting you know through a COA that you made a smart and good investment. You'll never get a bigger bang for your buck than spending a few dollars to find out for sure if your purchase was in fact a wise investment. You never drug your heels to spend three hundred dollars to buy that point the guy at the show told you his Grand Father found on the family farm thirty years ago, so why would you balk at spending ten dollars to have it evaluated and papered. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. If you'd like to read up on me, my back ground, and philosophy please google me at Butler Artifact Authentication or ask me where to go. >>> One last note. All evaluations on high value relics such as Birdstones, banners, boats, axes, perishables and strands of beads will be $15.00 EACH. Again, this is a STEEP bargain price when compared to other authenticators many of whom charge from $30 to $50 or more for these kinds of authentications. These items are more time consuming, cumbersome and delicate not to mention their much higher value. Also, please include any additional insurance money you feel you'd like me to use on the return shipment. (PSS) - Shipping charges are $11.00. For this I will ship your artifacts back to you in a large USPS Priority box that will protect your relics and accommodate the certificate size 8 1/2" x 11" laminated COA's. These are top of the line COA's and not the pint size papers with glued on hard to see photographs. They are big and bold color shots that emphasize your artifacts even your bird points. Worthy of framing for the office or home. You'll love em!!! Again, any questions please contact me. Don't forget my photographic work for your relics. Stunning 8-1/2" x 11" glossy photos of your favorite pieces. Photo's you'll be glade to frame in your home or office where they can be enjoyed everyday without the worries of the real ones being stolen. See the attached Amphora vessel as an example. $20 dollars each. Your getting the best - Enjoy it!!!!
